Swingtacular 2024 Work Exchange Sign Up
Thank you for your interest in the <DANCEGEEK> Work Exchange Team.  To complete the process:
  1. Please fill this form out; you will be asked to sign up for preferred hours in section 2.  There is a tentative Work Exchange schedule linked with available shifts.  Please tell us which of these shifts you would prefer to work.
  2. After you submit your form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that it has been submitted.  If your preferences or information (especially availability information) changes before someone contacts you, you can change your responses.
  3. During the first week of July you will be contacted, in order of submission, to confirm and finalize your hours.
While we cannot guarantee anyone a Work Exchange Pass, we do need at least 60 Work Exchange Teammates so sign up early.

Work Exchange Passes:
  • Please Do Not Purchase A Pass. Once your schedule is finalized with the Work Exchange Coordinator you will be invited to sign up for a Work Exchange Pass.  
  • A half pass is $94.50 on or before July 10 and $109.50 starting July 11.
  • Anyone who has not filled out this form by July 1st cannot be guaranteed a $94.50 half pass.  It takes time to confirm hours and the Work Exchange pass is not open to people who do not have confirmed hours.  
Doors, Registration, & Merchandise
  • 10 hours for a full pass
  • 5 hours for a half pass
Production shifts are manual labor shifts; there are no decor only shifts.
  • 8 hours for a full pass
  • 4 hours for a half pass
Half & Half
  • 5 hours D,R&M & 4 hours Production for a full pass
  • 3 hours D,R&M & 2 hours Production for a half pass

We are creating a ‘phone tree’ for work exchange volunteers to aid in communication and help people find coverage for last minute schedule changes.
