Please use this form to send a request to AS Department of Public Worms to fill an order for worm tea liquid soil amendment fertilizer.

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance however, please note that worm tea availability is subject to change at any time.

Because DPW is an organization that is committed to reducing waste, we will be providing you with 1gal containers however, please return the containers to our organization as soon as you are done.

(It may take longer than 48 hours to fill your order, or we may have to restrict your quantity requested to 1-2gal).

Directions to Office for Pick-Up:

Our office is located in Facilities Management at UCSB.
Building 437 - through Door A.
Enter the building on the parking lot side and walk straight towards our office. (Room 171F).
There will be a sign noting Pick Up and Drop Off of Worm Tea containers.

Please pick up your orders here.
Please leave your rinsed out and dried used containers here.
