Hi everyone! I'm so excited about my new book. These last few months have shown us all how important public health is to our society. In this book I share how my love for public health began over 20 years ago, and how public health has played a part in every aspect of my life. This book walks through the many stages of my life, from early childhood, through teen pregnancy, failed relationships, and a host of other hiccups and bad decisions. Through each turn, I was able to "push through" and find those moments of light and truth in every situation.
