Getting to know you!
Dear Year 6
Usually we would be looking forward to welcoming you to Neale Wade for your Transition Days – obviously we are unable to do that this year due to the Covid 19 situation.  However, your Form Tutor would love to find out a little about you before meeting, so if you could complete this activity for them that would be great.  
We would love to know what you’ve been up to over the past few months of lockdown…your hobbies, interests, skills, those who you are closest to, in fact feel free to include anything else you would like us to know that helps us to get to know you!
