I acknowledge that Hilltop Elementary PTA will take appropriate measures to facilitate a safe event; however, the vehicle vendor remains responsible for the supervision and safety of its vehicle(s). The vehicle vendor shall defend, indemnify, save, and hold harmless Hilltop Elementary PTA and its officers, employees, and volunteers from liability, damage, loss, claims, costs, demands, and actions of any nature whatsoever arising out of the touch a truck event.

You agree that your selected vehicle representatives shall conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate for the family-oriented event, which includes but is not limited to the following restrictions: No smoking, profanity, and no display of inappropriate content or clothing.
You also acknowledge that in the event of inappropriate behavior at the event, Hilltop PTA reserves the right to close the participant’s booth/vehicle to the community and participant will be required to leave the event.

This is a fundraising event for our Hilltop Elementary Students at Hilltop. We support all of the school's community events and student academics, field day, student programing, school improvements and Teachers.
