The governing body of the Federation of Wood Street Infant School and Worplesdon Primary School have decided to consult with parents, carers, staff, and the community on a proposal to open a nursery at either Wood Street Infant School or Worplesdon Primary School. This is your opportunity to let us know what you think about this proposal.

4. All children aged 3 and 4 years are currently entitled to 15 hours funded early education per week
for 38 weeks per year. This is known as the Universal Entitlement. Working parents of children aged 3
and 4 may be eligible for an additional 15 hours per week if they earn the equivalent of the National
Minimum Wage or Living Wage for 16 hours a week on average, up to a maximum of £10,000 per year.
In a couple, both parents must be working. This is known as the Extended Entitlement or 30 hours. Do
