REGULATIONS OF "NTC" CLUB MEMBERSHIP
1. All New Membership applications shall be approved by Screening Committee.
2. Voting Right: "Adult" members 19 years of age as of January 1st, of the current playing year and who has paid all their dues, shall be designated voting members.
3. No Members are allowed to conduct any fraudulent or business activity or have more than one Member Account at any time.
4. A member should support the objectives of the "NTC" and agree to abide by the rules and terms of membership as outlined in the "NTC" Constitution. A member agrees to pay an annual membership fee set by the "NTC" Board.
5. Any Member who has not paid annual dues by April 30th shall forfeit all rights and privileges and must re-apply for membership including paying initiation fee if interested in re-joining the Club.
6. I/We understand that membership is continuous unless notified in writing to the contrary, and if accepted, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Newton Tennis Club. I understand that failure to make payment means that my membership is subject to cancellation, and that should my membership be cancelled or should I withdraw from Newton Tennis Club, then I will not receive a refund for any entrance fees or monthly dues paid. Further, I understand that Newton Tennis Club., in its sole discretion, may cancel my membership at any time by refunding the original entrance fee paid.

Newton Tennis Club Registration Waiver - 2024

This is a liability waiver and release of claims agreement for participants and parents/guardians of participants in the programs and use of facilities at Newton Tennis Club. By enrolling and participating in these activities, the participant and/or parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. Newton Tennis Club (NTC) and its employees will not be held liable for any personal injury, property loss, or contraction of COVID-19 that may occur as a result of participating in these activities.

The agreement also states that participants and parents/guardians release and discharge Newton Tennis Club (NTC), its executives and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, or rights of action, present or future, resulting from participation in any programs or use of the facilities. Additionally, participants and parents/guardians agree to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Newton Tennis Club (NTC), and failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Furthermore, parents grant authority to the staff at Newton Tennis Club (NTC) to render a judgment, for the named participant, concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness. Lastly, participants and parents/guardians authorize Newton Tennis Club (NTC) to photograph and video record the named participant and to use these photographs and videos as they deem appropriate in promotional materials and lessons.

It is important for participants and parents/guardians to carefully read and understand the terms of this agreement before enrolling in programs or using the facilities at Newton Tennis Club.
