The Heritage Ministry & Service Ambassador program is a unique blend of professional development and spiritual formation while living in an intentional faith-based community. Through hands-on experience working in areas of hospitality, retreat logistics and planning, non-profit business management, liturgical planning, and marketing, our MSAs will gain valuable work experience. In addition, our MSAs will have opportunities to grow spiritually through a daily rhythm of prayer and regular formation experiences.
