Here is a description containing all the information on the responsibilities of each role:
Secretary
- Responsible for the general administration of the Society including Minutes of committee meetings, calling club meetings, room bookings and Students Association non-financial related paperwork
- Oversee the work of the Treasurer, the Events and shall be the Returning Officer for the Society’s elections
Head of Welfare Division
- Responsible for outlining welfare events calendar with costs of operation
- Responsible in leading, planning and organizing the team for at least 1 Welfare event throughout his/her term time in close collaboration with the Vice President and Event Manager
- Responsible in engagements with NGOs and External parties in relation to Welfare events
Director of Marketing
- Responsible for updating, design, maintenance and running of the society and conference’s web pages, such as but not limited to Facebook and Instagram
- Drafting and proposing strategies to increase club publicity and social reach
- Prepare a written handover for their successor
- Director of Corporate Relations
- Responsible in managing communications and maintaining relations with external relations, including business corporation, NGOs, government agencies, through means such as but not limited to sending of semester newsletters
- In charge of sourcing and engaging externalities for financial sponsorships supporting club events
Director of Human Resource
- Responsible in overlooking member related affairs and wellbeing such as the recruitment of members, the promotion of a fraternal atmosphere and the general social cohesion of the membership in addition to their duties listed
- Head of organising whole club oriented events: AGM and any other in-club bonding events
- Setting of sub-committee for such events is subjective at the discretion of the director
- Prepare a written handover for their successor
