If you donation was dated 2022 or later, please follow the steps below to provide us with the 5 character code (LL DDD) for the milestone you like. Please don't submit this form more than once.

If you donated during the 2019 Fundraiser event, please contact us at office@romanianunitedfund.org about your milestone.

To find the available milestones, please follow the steps:
1. Access Via Transilvanica's site: https://viatransilvanica.com/traseu
2. Browse the map to the desired location and search for grey milestones only.
3. Write down the code of the available milestone (ex. AR 016 - each label starts with 2 letters indicating the county, followed by 3 digits)
4. Fill out and submit this form. We'll communicate with our VT contact and they will assign the milestone to you, assuming it is still available.
5. Within a week, you'll receive communication from us about the milestone assignment completion.
