UIGSE propose to all guides and scouts units to meet during a Eurocamp in the summer 2024. This kind of European experience must respond to several criteria :
š¹ How many units ?
3 to 5 units, all from different countries. This size could permit to all units to experience the realĀ European dimension of our movement.
š¹ Where it could take place ?
It take place in the country where one unit is from in Europe.Ā This offers organizational and safety advantages for the camp, which is a big event compares to a "normal" summer camp with your unit.
š¹ How long ?
Units must share together for at least 10 days. This duration could permitĀ to all units to have sufficient moments together and to live a real EuropeanĀ adventure.
š¹ Is there a specific budget to help us organize a Eurocamp ?
No, UIGSE don't have any budget to help you in this project. Indeed, an international camp is most expensive than a summer camp in your country, but you should find this money by yourself with your guides or scouts and their parents.
The purpose of this form is to register your unit as "interested"Ā in participating in a Eurocamp in the summer of 2024. Once registered, you will receive an access to the global list of interested units. Then, you could contact some units which wants to live the same experience as your and start to organise your Eurocamp.
