A huge effort is being put into developing our youth section and transferring our knowledge to a greater pool of coaches for the benefit of our players.

Season Coach: Some one who will lead/co-lead an age group for the duration of the season. Available to commit to a minimum of 70% of the seasons trainings/games
Guest Coach: interested in assisting on an occasional basis where needed

Parents - Volunteer as a Season Coach and Your Child/ren play for FREE!
Senior Valley RFC Players/ Club Members - Volunteer as a Season Coach and receive senior subscription payment deductions!

All Volunteer coaches will receive: 
- Access to coach education sessions throughout the season.
- Weekly support from our wider coaching team. 
- A coaching season plan to follow.
- Online access to a library of drills to assist with planning each session. 
- A Valley RFC certificate of completion (Season Coaches).
- Invitation and encouragement to attend further accreditation courses.
- Coaching kit (Season Coaches).
