This is an online support group for parents of children up to age 10. This is an opportunity to connect with other parents, under the support of a licensed therapist, while learning skills and strategies to help your child who might be struggling with worry, attention, behavioral issues, and poor self esteem. Go from overwhelmed and frustrated to supported and strong!

If you find yourself saying things like...
How do I help my child who is constantly worried?
My child is very hard on him/herself and lacks confidence. How do I handle this?
I don't know what is going on with my child, but I feel like I need help.

This group can help!


Topics to be covered:
-Discipline
-Consistency
-Setting appropriate boundaries
-Building a support network
-Special concerns
(We like to tailor each group to the attendees, so we will also be offering the opportunity to ask your specific questions and share your concerns so we can make sure those are addressed.)

Schedule: January 17th- Feb 8 (4 weeks); Mondays 6-7pm

Cost: $50 per session/ week, $200 total *

*We do accept Anthem, Aetna and Tricare (sessions will be billed to insurance, client is responsible for any copays, deductible, coinsurance and once processed, balance will be run to the card on file.)
