Church Name
Discipleship
Report the total number of people that are part of regular and accountable discipleship efforts in your local church each month (i.e., classes, groups, one-on-one discipling, etc.). The gatherings should be evidence of development and encouragement which leads to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and a life empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Online Worship Attendance
Report the highest worship attendance of each month (Sunday or otherwise). Guidelines for counting online worship: Churches may include in their regular worship attendance the number of confirmed devices or individuals who have 1. Remained connected during at least 50% or 30 minutes of the streamed gathering or recorded content 2. Engaged the broadcasting church by A. Online registration or identification B. Provided an opportunity for personal participation or communication (Chat rooms, submission of prayer requests, etc.) 3. Received weekly personal contact/follow-up by a designated individual from the hosting congregation. [Live-streaming platforms like Streamyard and Restream.io can help you track online engagement. ]
In-person Worship Attendance
Report the highest worship attendance of each month (Sunday or otherwise). What is the difference between discipleship activities and worship services? Discipleship would stress the value of relationship-building (i.e., use of personal names), while worship services emphasize corporate gathering. However, make every effort to interact and contact those attending the worship event to bring them into a relationship with Christ, see them grow as a disciple of Jesus, and connect them to the ministry of your local church.
