The Politindia is a student led organization cavorting to provide high school students a platform to manifest themselves in the contemporary scenario. We are one of the very few students led organization which provides HR internships. TP is an extremely inclusive and flexible organization which believes in freedom of expression of the individuals and the community. By providing this opportunity of individuality, an environment of tolerance and balance of opinion is maintained. To ensure the emancipation of thoughts, the establishment of a Human Resource department eases the process and method of expression, acceptance and tolerance not only within the organization but also among our readers.

Secretary
• Manage the working of the committee.
• Lead the committee and report to the CEO.
• Present ideas and solutions.
• Present and discuss the agenda with the committee.
• Prepare paperwork for the committee.



Product Development Executive
• Research and monitors existing products and seek development.
• Manage and co-ordinate product development projects.
• Establish a relation with other departments to better the production.
• Recommend ideas and suggestions on matters of the organization.
• Present ideas and concepts for new products.
