If you are interested in volunteering on Jr MTB Team rides please tell us more about your mountain biking ability level and the age of children you prefer to lead.  Please also include if you prefer to ride in the same group as your own child(ren) or if you think they'll do best in a different group.

If you have not already done so, please visit to https://evergreen-bike-club-r8187.sportngin.com/register/form/490840188 to complete your background check. (note: this link will take you away from this form and you'll need to still submit this form to Evergreen Bike Club)

For 2023 we're asking volunteers to cover this cost up front but EBC can reimburse you - email us your receipt and the address we should mail your check to or we can coordinate other reimbursement methods (ie: Zelle, Venmo, etc.).
Do you have a current First Aid/CPR certification or equivalent training? Please share information about your First Aid training and experience here. 
Have you completed Safe Sport Training within the last year?

As members of USA Cycling and as an organization that works with youth we are requiring all volunteers to complete free, online Safe Sport Training.
