In the house manual, there is a page dedicated for the host (Meet your Host). We recommend adding a picture of the host doing something they love (i.e. traveling).

What is the owner contact information/how they can reach you? *
What is the parking situation at the property? Is there a designated space? If so, how many and where? Any directions for guests to park (i.e. street parking but need to move on a certain day etc.)? *
What is the Wifi Login Information? Please include Network Name and Password *
Is there an access code for the House/Apartment? Is there keyless entry? Please be as detailed as possible, some travelers travel long days and could arrive late so want to make it as clear as possible and avoid them contacting you. *
What are the check in and check out times you'd like? Any special notes? We typically say 3 PM check in and 11 AM checkout *
Packages/Deliveries: Are there any special directions for having deliveries made to the house/apartment? Is there a mailbox? *
Heating/Cooling: Are there any special directions for the thermostat? Are they able to adjust? *
Trash/Recycling: Where are these located? What days do they need to take out? Any special instructions? *
Washer/Dryer: If not located in unit/house, where is this located? Is it free or coin-op? *
Are there special amenities to the property you provide? If so, are there any instructions for use? (Hot tub, Pool, projector, etc)
Should the guest expect vendors (if any) that regularly service the property during a guest stay (gardeners, snow removal, pool maintenance, etc). I know I have had to remind guests to not be alarmed when the pool guy shows up!
Safety Section: location of fire extinguisher, first aid kit, location of extra fire alarm batteries left for guest access (we do not want chirping fire alarms in the middle of the night at our places!)
Location of water/gas shut offs and the breakers
Location of anything special to the property that should be noted (linens/towels/vacuum/etc)
Have any public transportation/airport transportation tips we can include
Any local recommendations or day-trips that you highly recommend?
