‘Tis the season in The Good Land, and what better way to celebrate than sharing stories of giving thanks and good cheer? Join us as we search the city and surrounding suburbs for both individuals and groups who have made an impact on the lives of Milwaukee’s seniors. Do you know someone or have your own story worth sharing? We want to hear from you, submit your nomination below. Only the top 5 nominations will be contacted for further consideration. Nominations can be submitted online from December 1 - 31, 2019. The top five finalists will be
announced in early January, 2020, with a public poll to decide the winners, which will be
announced late January, 2020.

Nominees have the chance to win prizes including a Milwaukee Brewers game day, dinner for
six at Carnevor Steakhouse Moderne, autographed Christian Yelich, Ryan Braun and Donald Driver jerseys, an exclusive invitation to the grand opening of the 3rd Street Market Hall in early 2020, and more.
