Return to School Survey
At this point our intent is to start school in person next year. However, we are working on an effective virtual option program for those who are not comfortable.

We want to ensure that we are equipped to transition to a distance learning environment, if at some point necessary, in a way that meets the needs of all families. Your responses will help us determine how to best ensure your child continues to learn and grow.  Some questions are from a previous survey but some families technology situations have changed.  

We are not just planning where we want to be in August but also where we want to be twelve months/ two years from now as a school.  This confidential survey is to collect information that will allow our staff to effectively plan for returning to school and distance learning should the need arise.  Your opinions help and are important to us.
