**Family Day is scheduled for June 8th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the volunteers and join in on some enjoyable activities. Please dress appropriately if you wish to participate.

Please arrive for drop-off between 8:15 am to 8:30 am. To ensure volunteers have ample time for setup and preparation, we kindly request that you avoid arriving earlier than the designated time.

Children will be dropped off and picked up at a tent stationed outside the church in a specified area. Only camp staff who have undergone approved background checks will be permitted to enter the building from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Parents will be given a flyer to be displayed on your dashboard for swift pick-up at 6:00 pm.

Our safety team will support our pick-up team. Please remember to check in with them before departing with your child/children.

Lunch & Dinner will be provided for all camp children.

Colored wristbands are to remain on the wrist for the duration of camp.

For the camp activities, it's crucial that the footwear has closed toes. Optimal choices include tennis shoes or boots, as there will be proximity to livestock. Please note that flip flops, Hey Dudes, or clogs are not permitted.

It's inevitable that kids will get dirty, so please dress them in attire that is suitable for such situations.

Children are welcome to bring their own water bottles to use during their time at camp.

Campers will be assigned to designated herds. This assignment is not optional; everyone is automatically assigned to ensure balance within the groups. The aim of this camp is to foster new friendships and have fun.

**Camp Dress Code**

This Dress Code applies to all students and volunteers' attending RRCF Cowboy Camps and will be strictly enforced. Remember, RRCF Cowboy Camps are Christian camps, and we should seek to represent Jesus Christ in every aspect of the camp experience, including the way we dress.

**Dress Code:**
- Shorts must be modest in length; no short shorts allowed.
- All pants, jeans, and shorts must have waistbands.
- Shirts must cover the entire torso and not allow midriffs or bellybuttons to show, even when arms are raised.
- Sleeveless shirts are allowed but must cover the entire shoulder; no spaghetti straps or tank tops permitted.
- Undergarments must be worn underneath clothing and cannot show through clothing or rise above the waistband of pants.
- All clothing must be appropriate and cannot advertise any alcohol or tobacco products.
- Clothing that represents things contrary to Christianity (e.g., satanic shirts, shirts with inappropriate language, etc.) cannot be worn.
