School Council Representatives are elected family members who work together with staff and
community representatives and advise the principal on decisions that affect the entire school
community.

To nominate yourself or nominate someone else, please complete the form for the person who is
seeking to join the School Council.

Please also submit a photo of the nominee to Emily Hoffman at school_council@fofma.org for the
election ballot.
