Responsibilities:
Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email and online.
Providing support for customers to effectively resolve their queries.
Updating our systems with complete and accurate details regarding your customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Fluency in language (B2 ~ C1)
Flexibility with rotational shifts (Morning, Night, and Overnight)
Grad / Gap year / dropout (UG with no commitment)
3 - 6 six months of relevant Customer Service experience
(preferred)

5 working days (2 days off) rotational
9 working hours ( 1 & half hour break)
Ability to apply for any internal vacancy after 6 months

Salary
English CS/Tech from 7,000 up to 11,000 EGP Gross
French CS from 10,000 up to 14,000 EGP Gross
French Tech from 12,000 up to 16,000 EGP Gross
German CS from 13,000 up to 18,000 EGP Gross
German Tech from 18,000 up to 23,000 EGP Gross
Italian from 11,000 up to 14,000 EGP Gross
Spanish from 10,000 up to 13,000
EGP Gross
Note:
35% Cost of living allowance will be added to all salaries mentioned above
