As an institutional member, you'll have access to 1 hour webinars Driving Institutional Transformation to Benefit Latinx Students. Based on the principles of collective impact, each webinar lays out how to implement and sustain cultural change using practical strategies we've learned from working with more than 50 HSIs and MSIs. Free for any person from your institution.

Benefit #2: ESCALA Program Registration Discounts

During the membership year, anyone registering for an ESCALA program will receive a 5%* discount off the program registration fee. *Discount is not available for the Moving Towards Serving for HSI Teams Program (MTS).

Benefit #3: Two free registrations to ESCALA's popular Culturally Responsive Facilitation program.

To encourage your institutional leaders to gain skills in leading discussions, we are giving your institution two free registrations for CRF! This four-session program builds communication skills to use at meetings, workshops, or other spaces where colleagues are working on initiatives to benefit Latinx students. Offered twice a year (Spring and Fall).

Benefit #4: Two free hours of ESCALA consulting with our Clients Relations Manager

To ensure we get to know your institution's unique needs, you'll also meet with our Client Manager, Kesia Ceniceros, for two free hours of consultation. This time can be used for grant writing, PD planning, or creating strategic professional development plans for your HSI. Any additional time outside of the two hours will be billed at $150.00 per hour.

Benefit #5: Private Institutional Transformation Members Reception & Q/A

This event will take place between March 17-20, 2024 at the upcoming AHSIE Conference in Monterey, CA. If you are not attending, we will hold a separate reception online for you shortly after the conferenc.e

Payment Terms:

The cost of the institutional member is $5,000 per instutition. Payment can be made via credit card or through an invoice/purchase order to your organization. You (and your institution) will have access to this membership for one (1) year, beginning on your registration date.
