Before you go, we wanted to let you know that if you decide to reactivate your membership within the next 12 months (and we hope you do) cancellation fees paid will be credited back to you upon reactivating your membership.  Please note that membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.  
If you would like to meet 1-1 with Carlo or any member of the Team to come up with other options because you know how important your health is just contact the gym now!  There are many flexible options available to accommodate changing circumstances.
If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, kindly complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 7-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 7 days from the submission of the form below.   Note: If you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
