Faculty MUST submit a separate application for EACH student, even though they may nominate more than one student working in a team. Selections are NOT based on teams; rather, students are considered individually. Please be aware it is possible that some team members may be selected and others not.

Please explain how this research experience might benefit this student, keeping in mind Adelante’s objective to support retention and academic progress, close the equity gap, curbing feelings of social and intellectual  isolation, building student resiliency, and provide a pathway to postbaccalaureate degree programs.
