香港農業其中一個面對的挑戰，在銷售上有消費力的消費者，並未能有效跟生產單位建立穩定的買賣關係。
組織者每週落村，都有農夫提到希望有更多出貨的方式和單位；而我們也收到不同的社區、友好查詢，希望訂購本地農產品。
然而，我們也深深明白，組織共購小隊和維持運作並非容易之事。收集農友、社區、消費者、組織者同工意見之後，我們希望探索組織社區共購/團購焦點農產品的可能性。
新界西北（俗稱大西北）是香港農業重鎮，區內八鄉、十八鄉、新田、錦田、洪水橋等地，一直都是新界農產品主要的原產地。我們特意在區內組織消費者共購組，再連結農夫，形成穩定供求的共購小組，並攤分運輸開支。而相鄰的林村亦有不少農場，可以連結大埔的消費社區。
第二個試點將會先邀請大埔中心及大尾篤一帶街坊參與，連結林村「新西蘭有機農莊」，建立農場與社區之間的共緊密關係。長期訂戶可以加入共購小組的WhatsApp Group，接收最新活動及農業資訊（聯絡：96216012）。

取菜地點：星期四：安邦路近大埔藝術中心外/星期五：Pimary香港新界大埔汀角路大尾篤蘆慈田村 25 號
流程：
1. 逢星期三上午10點更新菜單，請於交收前一晚9點前落單並以Payme/FPS向農場付款
2. 組織者/農場會於星期四上午直接在群組/Whatsapp確認訂單
3. 星期四/五農夫會根據訂單總量收菜，然後出車到取菜點
4. 訂戶請於星期四下午6點/星期五12點至7點交收點取菜
備註：
1. 逾時不候，未領取的剩餘農作物將會捐贈予社區內有需要人士而不另行通知
2. 新西蘭有機農莊已通過香港有機資源中心認證，旗下有機農產品不使用化學肥料及除害劑，葉面有洞屬正常現象，可以放心安全食用
3. 為節省行政及時間成本，農場不會逐張訂單執單，出菜時將每種菜pack成每半斤一份，例如訂戶購買一斤韭菜就取兩份
4. 根莖類重秤農產如紅菜頭、蘿蔔每份重量可能稍有偏差
5. 農夫會用紙袋包裝，農產品有機會沾水，請自備購物袋

The organizers fell into the village every week, and some farmers mentioned that they hope to have more ways and units to ship; and we also received different community and friendly inquiries, hoping to order local agricultural products.
However, we also understand that it is not easy to organize a joint purchase team and maintain operations. After collecting opinions from fellow farmers, communities, consumers, and organizers, we hope to explore the possibility of organizing community co-purchase/group purchase of focus agricultural products.
The Northwest New Territories (commonly known as the Great Northwest) is a major agricultural town in Hong Kong. Eight townships, eighteen townships, San Tin, Kamtin, Hung Shui Kiu and other places in the area have always been the main origins of agricultural products in the New Territories. We deliberately organized consumer co-purchase groups in the district, and then connected farmers to form a co-purchase group with stable supply and demand, and to share transportation expenses. There are also many farms in the adjacent Lincun, which can connect the consumer communities in Tai Po.
The second pilot will first invite the neighborhoods in Tai Po Centre and Tai Mei Tuk to join, linking the "New Zealand Organic Farm" in Lam Tsuen, and establish a close relationship between the farm and the community. Long-term subscribers can join the WhatsApp Group of the co-purchase group to receive the latest activities and agricultural information (contact: 96216012).

Friday: Pimary, 25 Lo Tsz Tin Tsuen, Ting Kok Road, Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po
Process:
1. The menu is updated every Wednesday at 10 a.m., please place your order before 9 a.m. before the settlement and pay the farm with Payme/FPS
2. The organizer/farm will confirm the order directly in the group/Whatsapp on Thursday morning
3. On Thursday/Friday, the farmer will collect the vegetables according to the total amount of the order, and then go out to the picking point
4. Subscribers are requested to collect food at the check-in point on Thursday at 6 pm/Friday from 12 to 7 pm
Remarks:
1. Without waiting, the remaining crops not collected will be donated to those in need in the community without notice
2. New Zealand Organic Farm has passed the certification of the Hong Kong Organic Resource Center. Its organic agricultural products do not use chemical fertilizers and pesticides. It is normal for the holes in the leaves to be safe to eat.
3. In order to save administrative and time costs, the farm will not order orders one by one, and each dish will be packed into half a catty at the time of the dish, for example, if the subscriber buys a pound of leek, he will take two
4. The weight of agricultural products such as beetroot and radish may be slightly different
5. Farmers will use paper bags for packaging, agricultural products may get wet, please bring your own shopping bags
