This form is to give you a way to send me your availability. I will then take that information and put together groups that can take classes together.
For most classes, I have a 5-person minimum so when you sign up, I will put together 5-person groups, adding other folks to your group or adding you to other groups.
For any pool work, all equipment will be included in the price. For all open water and shore diving, equipment is not included.
