2019 School Culture Survey for SBUSD Staff
As part of our LCAP, we are seeking input and data related to school culture at each school site and across SBUSD.  The data generated from this survey, combined with student and parent surveys, will help identify site needs and next steps for the 2019-20 school year as well as measure growth from last year. Please take a few moments to complete the survey independently.  All responses are anonymous, however, it is critical you identify your site so that we may disaggregate data by school. (Survey questions come from School Culture, Rewired.)

Answer each question using the following scale:

1=Strongly Disagree     2=Disagree     3=Undecided     4=Agree     5=Strongly Agree
