-  Name, Contact number (mobile or home), E-mail, and any information that the applicant voluntarily specified in the application.      
- 성명, 전화번호(자택, 휴대전화), 이메일 등 신청서에 기재된 정보 또는 신청자가 제공한 정보
 
3. Retention Period of Personal Information: Personal information of the applicant will be retained and used from the day of his/her consent, and it will be destroyed immediately after the purposes of collecting and using the personal information are achieved.    
개인정보 보유 및 이용기간: 수집·이용 동의일로부터 개인정보의 수집·이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기됩니다.

4. Right to Disagree and Disadvantages of Not Consenting: You may disagree to the collection and usage of personal information. However, if you disagree, we cannot accept your application for legal consultation.
동의하지 않을 권리 및 그에 따른 불이익: 귀하께서는 본 안내에 따른 개인정보 수집, 이용에 대하여 동의를 거부하실 권리가 있으나, 동의 거부 시 법률 상담 접수가 불가합니다.
