It's time to celebrate our 8th Grade Graduates with a special dinner just for them. Please use this form to RSVP. Please review the polices and guidelines before completing the form:
1. I acknowledge and understand the maximum number of guest I may bring (graduate not included) is 4.
2. I acknowledge and understand that once the RSVP form is complete my account will be billed $45 for each of my meal selections.
3. I acknowledge and understand that my invoice must be paid by 5/7/24.
4. I acknowledge and understand that after 5/7/24 that I will be responsible for the invoice on my account regardless of attendance.

All meals are served with salad, garlic knots, and drink:
1. Salmon, Mixed Veggies, Garlic Potatoes
2. Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti
3. Grilled Chicken, Garlic Potatoes, Mixed Veggies
4. Fried Shrimp, Garlic Potatoes, Mixed Veggies (May substitute with fries)
