Spring 2023 G.O.A.L. Program Application
The G.O.A.L. program allows students to borrow a laptop for an entire semester. Please fill out the application below. Laptops will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until we run out. A wait list will be generated if the number of applicants exceeds the number of computers available.

G.O.A.L. Program Requirements
Piedmont Virginia Community College Jessup Library lends G.O.A.L. laptops in accordance with equity-based requirements.
Academic credit students:
  • Enrolled in a program (degree, certificate, etc.)
  • Enrolled in 6 or more credits
  • Submitted a FAFSA and/or VASA application
  • Have a household income of less than $80,000 per year
Workforce Services students:
  • Enrolled in a FastForward program
  • Submitted G3/FANTIC financial aid application
  • Have a household income of less than $60,000 per year
  • Verification of enrollment with applicable workforce services program
