Below is a list of all health topics for the grade level.
There is ONE health lesson per week in elementary school. Approximately four lessons a month.
Please select ONLY the lessons that you want to opt your child out of.
Students that opt-out of a health lesson will receive a health lesson on nutrition or physical fitness.
