The unique model of transcenDANCE is different from your typical dance center. By attending an orientation, youth and family members will get an overview of transcenDANCE Youth Arts Project’s history, values, programs and services. We value the opportunity to share all of this important information with you!

New students and families are required to participate in one of our orientations where we can answer all your questions.

All orientations will take place at the transcenDANCE Arts Center, located at 7755 North Ave. in Lemon Grove, the bottom floor of Citronica, an affordable housing complex. Please go to our website for directions and parking instructions.

Following Covid Safety Protocols, all program staff and participants will be wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer for all participants will be available.

7-9 years old: Dance Play on Thursdays from 4 to 4:50pm

7-9 years old: Dance Play on Saturdays from 10:30 to 11:20am

10-13 years old: Hip Hop on Thursdays from 5 to 6pm

10-13 years old: Hip Hop on Saturdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm

10-18 years old: Stretch & Strength on Tuesdays from 5 to 6pm

Adults (18+): Dancing in Community on Wednesdays from 9 to 10:15am

Adults (18+): Latin Cardio on Saturdays from 9:15 to 10:15am
