WILSON HIGH SCHOOL UNIFORM OPT-OUT FORM
In the 2023-2024 school year, Wilson High School parents and caregivers can "opt out" of the school uniform policy.  Students who are "opted out" of the uniform policy will still be required to follow the district dress code found on pages 28 and 29 of the Parent Guidelines. Parents and caregivers:  if you would like your child to be "opted out" of the school uniform, please complete this form.  Thank you.
