Focus sessions consist of 1-2 invited talks plus 9-12 contributed talks on a topic of current interest in the community.
To submit your proposal, you will need the following information:
1. proposer(s) contact information (names, email, phone, address);
2. session title/topic/advertising plans/expected attendance, and other related information;
3. rationale for having the session;
4. details of prior year similar sessions, if any;
5. details of any related Focus or Invited session proposals for this year;
6. contact information for invited speakers;
7. session chair(s) contact information.
Your submission will be reviewed by the DSOFT Program Committee.
Notes: 1) We cannot accommodate everyone’s request for placement at the meeting; 2) You don't need to have your invited speakers confirmed before the deadline. But sessions where the speakers have agreed or tentatively agreed to participate will have higher probability of being chosen if slots are limited.
