A Space for Secrets
We all hold back our vulnerabilities, the stories that weigh us down, the parts of ourselves that we're ashamed of, despite the fact that our vulnerabilities are exactly what connect us to each other.

The more we withhold, the more those things that we're ashamed of control us. The guilt can feel crushing, and that shadow grows bigger, lurking over us.

Letting those things out can feel like shedding a weight. It allows us to feel less alone, and someone else will feel less alone too because they will read the submissions and resonate deeply with what we're feeling.

Sharing something we're holding onto is both brave and healing.

This is a space for letting something off your chest.

This is ENTIRELY ANONYMOUS. Even I won't know who submitted it. You can choose to leave your name and email address if you like, but you don't have to.

After you submit, do something nice for yourself. Opening up about something, even anonymously, can cause a vulnerability hangover, so be extra kind to yourself.

Some of these will then later be published on my Substack, where appropriate. This is a part of a bigger art project called Soul Signs, where I share the incredible stories of people from all over the world, again with the aim of shedding a light on the similarities we share, and how powerful we are deep down, despite our struggles.
