1. By becoming applying to be participant and or submitting videos for Tamil America's programs or competitions, each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America assumes absolutely no responsibility including but not limited to any damage or injury or loss of any kind/form due to submission of written or video contents, the use of written and video contents by organizers or any unforeseen loss by participating in any of Tamil America's programs.
2. Participants also understand and agree, Tamil America organizers have the right to make any modifications in the written and visual contents submitted or cancel any individual performance or shows or competitions any time without any notification.
3. Each participant is responsible for the written and visual content submitted for any competition or program. Tamil America Organizers will not be responsible for any copy right violations by written or visual contents and videos submitted by participants.
4. By participating in Tamil America's programs & competitions, the participant gives complete consent and right to Tamil America and its producers to live-cast, post, edit and publish the written and visual contents on Tamil America and its partner’s channels including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Twitter, Google page etc.
5. All competition and program written and visual contents submitted will be property of Tamil America and Tamil America TV will re-telecast or repost the contents submitted for competitions or programs and reuse as required for Tamil America’s other programs and promotions.
6. By participating in Tamil America's programs and competitions, each participant also wave, discharge claims and release from any liability Tamil America & its organizers. Each participant understands and agrees that Tamil America is not responsible for any damage or loss happens in anyway by participating in Tamil America's programs and participant agrees to hold Tamil America & its organizers harmless.
