By filling in this registration form, I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Fraser Valley to make an annual donation of $400 and be a Member for One year!
Donation Options:
- Option 1: $400 CHEQUE or E-transfer (One Year commitment)
- Option 2: Signing up as a team of 2-4 people, all sharing the $400 donation (One vote per team). Please insert Team Name in the correct area below or indicate "looking for a team" and we can provide other team members.
Donation Allocation:
100% of the Donation is given to local charities, non-profits, and other worthy causes serving The Fraser Valley. I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote.
Membership Commitment:
If I need to leave the group, I will provide written notice to Tina Shaw. I understand that if I have paid my $400 for the year, this money will not be returned as it is a one-year commitment.
Attendance:
I agree that I will do my best to attend all quarterly meetings. If I am not able to attend, I will notify the group.
Communication:
Once registered, I can expect email updates, as well as Facebook/Instagram posts to help keep me informed and share with potential new members. Group emails will be sent from 100womenwhocarefv@gmail.com with info like venue directions, updates, etc. I agree that the organization can email and call me with the 100 Women FV updates and work.
Agreement:
By signing up with this membership, I agree to all the above terms and conditions.
