Sister District Friendraising Study Sign Up
Please sign up here if you're interested in participating in the Sister District Action Network (SDAN) Friendraising Study!

Relational organizing, or talking to folks you already know about voting behavior, is an effective political outreach tactic. Friendraising takes advantage of this by asking our volunteers to ask like-minded friends, family, and acquaintances to donate to our amazing Sister District Project candidates. This is a great way to help people get involved in Sister District and also to generate some additional donations for our candidates.  This study is based on the findings from the Friendraising pilot study that we ran in August 2019.

Once you sign up via this form, we will send you the following: 1) an info sheet explaining what we are asking you to do in the study; 2) an email template for ideas you to use to draft the email you send to your contacts; and 3) a personalized donation link that is specific to you, which you can plop into the email you send out.

Participation in this study will take you no more than 1 hour total. It involves sending an email to as many friends and contacts as you'd like, one follow-up email to the same people 2 days before the study deadline, and letting us know via quick survey (2 questions) how many people you emailed during the study period.

SDAN will monitor your personalized donation link to see how many people you contacted donated, and we'll report that back to you later. That's it!

We expect to close this form by September 13, 2019, and will provide you with all materials at the beginning of October. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us! mallory@sisterdistrict.com
