We will focus on prayer — how to make it a more integrated and central part of our day — along with a good dose of practical encouragement in beginning and beginning again in the spiritual life!

The day's schedule includes Mass, meditations given by a priest of Opus Dei, brief talks by lay women, opportunities for Confession and spiritual direction, and quiet time for prayer and reflection. To encourage prayer, retreat will be silent, except during lunch and refreshment periods.
