The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all services offered by Taylor’s International school Kuala Lumpur Model United Nations (TISMUN) conference 2019, its Secretariat, and Staff jointly and severally in direct connection or association to Taylor’s International School Kuala Lumpur Model United Nations (TISMUN).

The following document defines ‘delegate’ as both individual and group delegates.
The following document further refers ‘participant’ to all delegates, advisers, observers, etc.

By using the website <> and/or participating in the TISMUN 2019 Conference, you are deemed to have read the Terms and Conditions, and are implicitly agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

+ The participant hereby agrees to indemnify the organisation against any and all losses, claims, costs, charges, expenses, damages and liabilities whatsoever which the participant may incur as a result of participation in the event.
+ All participants agreeing to these Terms and Conditions are reminded that TISMUN is not held liable for compensation, and especially involves, in part or in whole, losses, damages, injuries or death sustained during the conference.
+ TISMUN cannot be held responsible for the following unseen situations such as: delay; accident; theft; strike; defect; weather conditions, etc, which may cause incurrence of additional transportation and/or replacement costs.
+ Participants are strictly obliged to abide by the Malaysian law during entire conference; any use of illegal drugs, criminal activities or any violations of the law will result in participant’s expulsion from the conference and he/she may be held criminally liable. In the case of expulsion, no claims for refunds can be made.
+ Smoking and possession of alcohol inside any of the conference venues are strictly forbidden.
All participants are kindly informed that all procedures will work under first come, first serve basis due to limitations in certain positions, and will not entertain any additional allocations when a limit is fulfilled or the prearranged time has passed.
+ The registration fee is one-time payable, and is non-refundable.
+ TISMUN strongly emphasises that transactions will only be considered complete when a full payment is made.
+ Allocations for council and/or countries will only be specified to delegates once the payment has been successfully received.
+ Allocations and necessary information will be sent through emails
+ Respect for all participants’ privacy is ensured, and is acknowledged that personal data is vital; thus, all details of delegates provided shall maintain confidentiality.
+ Country and/or committee preference is not guaranteed.
+ Allocations made to the delegates are final and any requests for changes shall not be entertained.
+ The conference will have an official photographer in which the participant may be photographed and/or filmed during the conference.
+ TISMUN reserves the right to use any video and/or photo footage taken during the conference
+ Certificate of Participation will only be distributed to those delegates who have attended at least 6 committee sessions of the conference. Those who fail to do so will not be entertained to receive their certificate later, unless advanced notification has been made to the Secretariat otherwise.
