Registration Form 2023-2024
(Please fill out one form per child)
NOTE: Pre-K Class is now on a waiting list. As additional space opens children will be accepted in the order complete registration was received.
Registration has four parts.
-Complete the combined "Registration and Student Information Form"
-Paying the combined "Registration and Supply Fee"
-Sign both Agreements:
Financial Agreement and Family Handbook Agreement-Submit a copy of your child’s up to date Immunization record
