2022 Vendor Application for Exhibit - Virtual Fall Medical Ultrasound Symposium
The North Carolina Ultrasound Society will be holding Virtual Fall Symposium for Continuing Education on Saturday October 22, 2022.

The Board of Directors is proud to host virtual symposium that will expose sonographers at all skill levels to practical knowledge and current applications in multiple areas of sonography including General, OB/GYN, Vascular, and Echocardiography.   The symposium is sponsored by the NCUS and 7 CME credits will be offered through the  SDMS (accrediting body).

We hope your company will be able to participate in our fall symposium.    Exhibit fees are $300, this is for a less than 2 minute ad. The ad must be mp4 format. It will be played multiple times throughout the conference such as between sessions and during lunch.

NCUS Foundation Educational Grant *
The mission of the NCUS Foundation is to provide educational opportunities in the field of diagnostic medical sonography to North Carolina sonographers and sonography students.  The NCUS Foundation offers financial assistance for attendance at NCUS education conferences to grant recipients who might not be able to attend otherwise. We invite our exhibitors to contribute to the NCUS Foundation.  Please enter a contribution amount in the space labeled "other" below.  This amount may be included with your exhibit space payment, or sent separately.  Contributions can also be made at www.ncusorg.com
