I understand that the $50 nonrefundable registration fee is due when registering. Registration is not complete without paying registration fee and the students spot can be obtained without it. No admission to classes with out full tuition payment. I understand that all classes will be Covid-19 Restriction Compliant. Classes must be paid through the website in full prior to attendance . Fees are transferable but not refundable. I assume the risk of participating in Cultural Ties Dance Festival activities and on behalf of me and my heirs, executors and assigns, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seasons Center, Cultural Ties Dance Festival, and hosting sites and its officers, agents, and staff from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, losses, or damages resulting from or arising out of my participation in Cultural Ties Dance Festival, including without limitation all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, losses, or damages due to my injury, Covid-19 infection or death during my participation in the activities. For any reason of a personal termination from the intensive program (injury, Covid-19 infection, personal reason, etc.) I fully understand that no refund of a per-day cost/full tuition will be provided. Cultural Ties Dance Festival may use or reproduce any written materials submitted by the students and all photographs or videos taken of the Cultural Ties Dance Festival students, without mutual agreement or compensation. Images may be reproduced for publicity or advertising by Seasons Center and Cultural Ties Dance Festival or its agents. *
