LLRC Covid Rules Agreement and Waiver

I agree to abide by the following rules in order to keep myself and all rowers safe and healthy at LLRC

1) I will NOT row if I am experiencing (or have had in the past 72 hours) a sore throat, fever 100F, cough, body aches, or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or been in contact in the past 14 days with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. I will conduct a temperature check prior to practice if I am feeling unwell.

2) I will sanitize my hands upon arrival and again upon departure from LLRC using the procedures and products provided at the LLRC site.

3) I will socially distance (6 feet+) from anyone else who might be on site at the same time (members of the same household excepted), including while on the dock. No more than 4 people can be on the dock at one time.

4) I will wear a mask on land AND on the dock. My mask will be with me in my boat so I can be masked upon docking again.

5) I will clean equipment before and after each use (oars and boat surfaces, seat, oarlocks, slings) using the procedures and products provided at the LLRC site.

6) I will row in single boats ONLY. Only rowers from the same household are permitted to row in a double.

7) I will bring my own towel to / from practices to towel dry/ clean my boat after use, prior to spraying with sanitizing spray.

8) I will proceed directly to the LLRC equipment area and will not occupy other areas at Birch's. I will depart directly after rowing, and not loiter on site.

LLRC has taken advanced measures to ensure a healthy and safe environment for rowers at LLRC, to reduce the likelihood of spreading Covid-19. LLRC can not guarantee that you/ your child will not become infected with Covid-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of Covid-19, and voluntarily agree to participation terms and Covid Rules listed. Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLRC including the Board of Directors, and coaching staff from and against all claims, actions, demands, proceedings, liabilities, losses, demands, damages, judgments, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to noncompliance with this Agreement or violation of any applicable governmental laws, rules, regulations, orders or directions. I release LLRC and its Board of Directors, Club Director and coaching staff from any liability. I understand I am participating in LLRC programs at my own risk .
