Fall 2021 Fitness Class Registration
This program is offered to Skidmore employees for a 10 week session in the Fall semester, sarting September 20th.

Payment Information:
*After completing this form employees can fill out the Payroll Deduction form (attached to the email) and campus mail it to Lacey Largeteau, Athletics to reserve your spot in class.  You can also mail a check - made out to Skidmore College - to the same location.  (Please do not send either to Payroll.)

If you would like to be reimbursed for classes through your insurance, please click "Yes" to receive a receipt.
