This registration form is for Baptized youth, in grades 9-12, that are planning to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation and/or First Communion.
Classes will meet on Sunday evenings from 5 - 6:30 pm. Registration fee is $50/child. Total payment (cash or check) can be made at the
Parent Meeting on Sunday, September 24 at 2 pm. Checks should be made payable to St. Michael Catholic Church.
All students preparing for Confirmation will be required to attend several Youth Ministry events at St. Michael. In addition to the Confirmation Registration, please complete the Youth Group Registration form using the following link: https://forms.gle/ACnkcQ34VtboRBLP9.
