(Powwow will be IN DOORS. We will NOT be on the football field)

SOTR Native American Parent Advisory Committees

Vendor Registration is FREE however, ALL vendors must donate ONE item to be included in the SOTR Silent Auction – this is a fundraiser to raise funding for next year’s powwow.

I CANNOT use canopies

There will be limited electrical outlets (you may bring your own extension cords)

The vendor space is 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep

Vendor space will consist of 1 table and 2 chairs (you may bring up to 2 additional tables and extra chairs - please LABEL your own tables and chairs)

Vendor spaces will be predetermined and labeled before vendors arrive

Doors will open at 9am for vendor set up (Grand Entry is 1pm)

Vendor takedown time will be from 5pm - 6pm (Powwow will end by 5pm)
