Winter Camp Registration
Complete this form to sign your child(ren) up for Winter Camp!

Once signed up, you will be added to the Winter Camp Class in Brightwheel and will receive your invoice.  

  • Payment for Winter Camp is due in advance and must be received by December 20th in order to attend. Weekly, unlimited before and aftercare may be pre-purchased for $60 per week.
    Otherwise, Before/After Care will be billed in January and will be due on January 20th.
  • A 10% sibling discount will be applied for students with the same schedule (first child pays full price, each additional child receives the 10% discount.
  • Money will not be refunded due to illness, cancellation or other circumstance.

Winter Camp Dates:
   Week 1: Tuesday, Dec. 26 - Friday, Dec. 29
   Week 2: Tuesday, Jan. 2 - Friday, Jan. 5

Camp Pricing:
$100/week if registered by Dec. 8th
$115/week if registered by Dec. 20th
Weekly, unlimited before and aftercare may be pre-purchased for $60 per week.

Winter Camp Hours/Pricing:
  • Regular Hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Before Care Hours are 7:30am-9:00am; $6 per hour or fraction thereof
  • After Care Hours are 1:00pm-5:30pm; $6 per hour of fraction thereof
Weekly, unlimited before and aftercare may be pre-purchased for $60 per week.

Failure to pick up your child by 5:30pm on any given day will result in a $2 per minute charge to your account.
