17th Annual ILPC/TICA Indigenous Law Conference
Join us November 5-6, 2020. The annual conference has 8 panels plus a keynote speaker. Current TICA members interested in presenting on the following topics, with a focus on the tribal in-house practice of law, are invited to submit panel proposals with up to four speakers.

Preferred Panel Topics:

-Ethics for counseling tribal leadership
-Voting rights and regulations
-Tribal State compacting, as mode of dispute resolution
-VAWA Reauthorization
-Elimination of Bias
-Hot topics

Speaker Information
You can become a TICA member at www.tica.wildapricot.org.

MSU Law will provide research support for speakers in preparing materials, upon request.
 
Reasonable travel and lodging expenses will be covered. Per diem is not included.

This form will require: name, title, organization, email, and 150-word biography for 1-3 panelists; a proposal of 300 words or less that meets Minnesota CLE requirements (see Rule 5 and Rule 6: https://www.cle.mn.gov/rules/).
